FAQ

  • When will i receive my order?
    Non-Custom Processing of orders take 1-2 business days. U.S. Domestic shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days. Shipping fees and taxes will be calculated at checkout. We ship worldwide within 10 -15 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. If the carrier returns your parcel to our office due to an invalid address or vacancy, you will be responsible to cover new shipping fees.​ ​ Custom ALL Custom items have a 15-20 day shipping time frame! The standard shipping time frame is not applicable to orders containing custom items. If you want your non-custom items sooner, you must order separately.
  • When will i receive my tracking info?
    You will receive a notification with your tracking information once your label has been printed. Please note that this is to be taken verbatim. Order processing takes 1-2 business days, and shipping 3-5 business days. Refer to your tracking information for all future updates!
  • My package was returned, what do i do?"
    Notify us via email as soon as possible (chantedluxe@gmail.com). Please include your name & order number. If your order was placed with an invalid address, you may be subject to new shipping fees.
  • Will my non-custom items come first?
    No; If you want your non-custom items sooner, you must order separately.
  • Who is responsible for missing packages
    Unfortunately, we are not liable for parcels that go missing after being marked as "delivered" by the carrier. You will have to take matters up with USPS, however we can provide you with the tools to file a missing package claim. Please email us at chantedluxe@gmail.com
  • I'm scared to order, what if my parcel goes missing?"
    No worries, USPS Priority Mail comes with insurance of any value up to $50.
