Shipping Policy

*DISCLAIMER* - ALL custom orders have a potential to be subject to delays due to overseas, governmental regulations with COVID-19. Inevitably, you may experience a delay with shipping. Though we cannot change the carrier's delivery schedule, we promise to work diligently to process and ship off orders as soon as possible. Please plan and order ahead of time.

Non-Custom
Subject to processing time frame of 1 - 2 business days. Preferred method of shipping is NOT included in processing time frame. Shipping fees and taxes will be calculated at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Custom
Subject to processing time of 10 -15 Business Days. Preferred method of shipping is NOT included in processing time frame. If you want your non-custom items sooner, you must order separately. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Shipping Methods​

First Class Mail - Average arrival time is 2 - 4 days with delivery confirmation. Insurance not included

Priority Mail - Average arrival time is 1- 3 Business Days with delivery confirmation. Includes insurancevalued up to $50.

Missing Parcels
​
Chante D'Luxe is not responsible for orders that go missing after being marked "delivered."
​
If your parcel is missing post delivery, please check your respective leasing office and/or front desk (if applicable). If your parcel remains missing please contact us via email at chantedluxe@gmail.com for further instructions on how to file a missing package claim with USPS.

WARNING: All paying customers agree to all protocols and policies of Chante D'Luxe LLC. Any chargeback that is placed irrespective of due-diligence to our company policies will forfeit all chances of receiving a refund.

If the carrier returns your parcel to our office due to an invalid address or vacancy, you will be responsible to cover new shipping fees.​ If you receive a notification that your parcel has been returned to our office, contact us via email.
Return & Exchange Policy

All transactions are FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges will be granted with the exception of receiving the wrong item. We are a company that operates with integrity, and are committed to restoring lost trust from an unusual experience. If you receive a wrong item, notify us via email chantedluxe@gmail.com.
