Invalid Address Policy

 

In the event that an invalid address is detected, the respective customer will be contacted via email or phone. Each customer is given a 48 hour grace period to respond with the correct information. During this period, all orders awaiting shipment assigned to the invalid address will be placed on hold until further notice. If no response is given prior to the grace period's end, the order will be shipped and the customer assumes all risks associated with receiving his/her parcel.

 

***Address Validation Guidelines***

- Please List your Suite/Apt/Unit number AND the respective abbreviation type in ‘Address Line 2’. 

- Ensure all appropriate spelling and spacing are correct.

- If shipping to a commercial address please place the business name, and your name in their proper sections.

If the recommendations above are not properly acknowledged and executed by the customer, he/she assumes all risk of not receiving his/her order. No refunds or exchanges will be granted. The customer will be responsible for placing a new order to receive his or her products.

Return - Exchange Policy

​

All transactions are FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges will be granted with the exception of receiving the wrong item.  We are a company that operates with integrity, and are committed to restoring lost trust from an unusual experience. If you receive a wrong item, notify us via email chantedluxe@gmail.com.

Please include the following information in the email body:

1. Order number or screenshot of order summary

2. Photo Upload of wrong item received

Swap Request Guidelines

Ordered the wrong item by accident? No worries! We believe that accidents happen. We are grateful for your purchase, and will do our best to alleviate the mishap. Contact us via email (chantedluxe@gmail.comimmediately  after the mistake is recognized and please follow the guidelines below:

1. Subject Line: "SWAP REQUEST"

2. indicate the correct order number,

3. clearly indicate what respective item(s) are to be replaced,

4. clearly indicate what respective item(s) are desired (must be of equal or greater value), 

5. Any address changes (if applicable)

 

**Requests are only accepted from email associated with the order.  Not every swap request will be granted. We do not offer exchanges on shipped or delivered items. The sooner you notify us, the better.
